What It Includes

A 4–6 week structured remote programme with weekly topics and tasks

Covers: trauma basics, routines, contact management, parenting roles, managing distress, and accessing help

Includes reflective exercises, goal-setting forms, and two check-in calls with a TISWA practitioner
-
Ends with a certificate of completion for local authority records (where required).
