Restorative Practices for Parents

Restorative Parenting Programmes

Restorative Practices (RP) is a social science approach, which is based on building and maintaining strong relationships. It is a model that helps children to recover from trauma by providing a therapeutic and nurturing environment, creating a balance of fairness and firmness in parenting, and increasing communication and understanding between parents and children.

Our Restorative Parenting Programmes supports parents who have had theirchildren removed from their care, and need to access intensive, bespoke guidance, and support to assist in developing positive parenting capacity and adopting alternate parenting skills.
